The kind of builder you cross your fingers hoping to get. Easy communication from the start, transparent quote, organised, area worked on was kept tidy throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the fence. The only (minor) criticism we have is that the tradesman did not arrange a time to look at the end product together once building was complete. It would have been a good way for the builder to confirm our satisfaction with the end product. I would have no issues working with this gentleman again.

Initials comms was quick, and quote completed the next day. Quote breakdown was clear and detailed and cost was very fair considering the labour involved in removing the old door. Work was done over a couple of days, and included a couple of fixes to the door frame to ensure a tight fit for the new door. Door sits perfectly, door handle latches perfectly and lock is smooth. No rattle or movement. Very pleased with the work done, would happily use Lochie again.

I can't praise Lochie enough. My job was a particularly tricky one and to be honest I couldn't work out how it could be done. Lochie was completely professional in his approach. He arrived dead on time and quickly worked out a plan of action. He was a pleasure to have in the house and completed the work to a high standard and in good time. I thoroughly recommend him.

Our Process.

Step One.
The Plan

Lochie will arrange an initial meeting and site visit to measure up and discuss the project with you.

Step Two.
Quote & Contract

Lochie will send you a quote and contract to review before starting the project.

Step Three.
Quote Accepted & Work Begins

If you accept the quote provided, Lochie will give you some dates and times when the work will commence. This will be communicated before the work begins.

Step Four.
Work Complete & Final Invoice

Once the work has been completed and you are happy with it, you will receive your final invoice to pay within 14 working days of completion.
